Keep it simple. Don't start a drastic diet all at once. It's hard to stick to it if the bar is set too high. Pick one thing you eat regularly that you know is bad for you and stop eating it. Pick one thing you don't eat regularly that you know is good for you and start eating it. As often as you ate the thing that was bad for you. Don't change anything else for 30 days. You might be surprised...
